Let’s face it, for most of us change is stressful. It doesn’t much matter if it is a planned: a new job, a move to a new place, a new family member, or unplanned: the loss of a job, a health scare, or the loss of a loved one.

Change pulls us of our comfort zone, makes us feel unsettled or adrift, and sometimes upends our entire life plan. But times of transition also present incredible opportunities to reset, recalibrate, and redefine our goals and dreams. That is what transition coaching is all about! Through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions we will work together to equip you with new skills, habits, and mindsets to navigate periods of change and uncertainty with confidence. In our work we will also focus on: a) developing a mission & vision for your life; b) working with limiting beliefs & misconceptions; c) setting goals; and d) planning for the future.
